Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, which offered a great location just a short walk from the waterfront. The spacious room featured a nice view of the mountains and some lake, although the view was partially blocked. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my stay more enjoyable. However, the breakfast could have been better with more variety and value for money.
I found this hotel to be quite spacious, and it was perfect for my family of five with the new swimming pool being a nice addition. However, the room itself felt quite small with dated furniture and a lack of storage space. The service was a bit of a mixed bag – some staff were friendly and helpful, while others seemed unfriendly and slow during check-in. The location was decent but not exactly where I had hoped to be, and overall, I didn’t feel the dining was worth the price.
The hotel had plenty of space with a huge room featuring a double bed and a nice balcony area, making it feel quite comfortable. The location was ideal, just a minute's walk to the lake and very close to the swimming pool and beach. However, some basic amenities were missing in the room, and the staff's service could improve, especially when addressing our concerns about cleanliness. Overall, it was a decent value for money, but there is room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, the location is fantastic, being close to the beautiful lake, and the rooftop terrace was a real highlight when the sun was shining. However, the rooms could use some more basics like tea and coffee, which would have made my stay much more comfortable. Also, the service wasn’t ideal, as I felt somewhat ignored regarding my concerns about cleanliness.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were really spacious and had a great balcony area that I enjoyed. The staff was incredibly friendly and spoke French with us, which was a nice touch. The location near the lake was perfect for evening strolls, but the breakfast options were quite limited and really could use some improvement.
